Thank you Wil. You are right about overthinking and I can agree: life will pass us by if we get lost in our minds.
I also do really believe we create our reality by our thoughts. In other words there is a time to have deliberate intentional thoughts and there is also a time to (like you said) be spontaneous, allowing life to be life! It’s a balance for sure.
